Prosecutors from the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office tell us they will not file charges against Mike for his confrontation with an event security guard in February, which led to his citizen’s arrest.

We’re told he successfully completed his hearing with the city attorney… after which he agreed to do some community service with a nonprofit of his choice.
That said, the City Attorney’s Office added that the Grammy winner needs to stay out of trouble next year, or he could reopen the case.
