Joey Graziadei is abandoning her long hair! Earlier this week, the former Bachelor took to Instagram to reveal that he chopped off his hair in favor of a short bob.
In the video, set to Weezer’s “Island in the Sun,” the tennis pro rocks his signature wavy hair as he smiles for the camera, before walking forward to mark the transition to his new short look.
“It was time for the Summer Cut 💈,” he captioned the video.
It’s safe to say that his fiancée, Kelsey Anderson, is a fan of his new style, as she took to the comments section to say, “ZAMMMMMMM.”
One fan seemed to agree with the sentiment, commenting, “Respectfully, Kelsey… he can do it.”
“And I get it…” Kelsey joked in response.
Joey has already taken his new look on a trip, rocking it when he and Kelsey traveled to Nashville.
“Nashville always wins 🤠🍺🦩,” he captioned a round-up of vacation photos.
The couple then took the new look to Chicago. Kelsey shared a photo of her and Joey’s dinner in the Windy City.
Joey and Kelsey met on season 28 of The Bachelor It is ended the journey fiancé. ET spoke to the couple after their love story aired on TV, and they opened about what’s next for them, including an eventual move to New York City.
“We’re ready. She’s always wanted to live in New York. If you told me a year ago when I lived in Hawaii that after all this I would be moving to New York, I would have called you crazy,” said Joey, before explaining why he was ready for the adventure.
“I think I was discouraged because I saw how excited she was about it and I think it’s a perfect place,” he said. “… We’ve built such a solid foundation. We have such a great thing that we have now, but now it’s time to have fun. What better place to do that than New York?”
For now, however, they are living in Kelsey’s hometown of New Orleans, along with her roommates.
“I was still working and I thought, ‘I have to get back to my life. I’m not quitting my job,’” Kelsey said on Trade secrets life after the show podcast. “He was living with his sister, so I thought, ‘You can live with me.’”
The setup was a “no-brainer” for Joey, who explained, “It would have been wrong of me to say, ‘We need to get you out of your life,’ because she gave up her whole life to be a part of this. And I knew that regardless of what would happen, my life would have to change and go somewhere else.”
