In parallel with the new credit approval for “Moving Electric II”, the amendment to the current Joint Ministerial Decision was signed, which extends the deadline for submitting applications until 7/31/2024 and the project execution deadline until 12/31/2025 , in the subsidy action for public charging stations “Charge Everywhere”.
Its aim is to provide financial incentives for the provision and installation of publicly accessible electric vehicle charging stations in key urban and peri-urban locations and points of interest such as airports, motorways, ports and car parks.
The objective of “Charge Everywhere” is to install at least 4,500 publicly accessible charging points for electric vehicles, with the accumulated installed capacity of these points reaching 300,000 kW.
The “Charge Everywhere” action is financed with 80 million euros from the Recovery and Resilience Fund. For the successful implementation of the action, an official portal operates (https://fortizopantou.gov.gr).
