The anti-Israel protester who clashed with Alex Baldwin didn’t file a police report, but there could still be some legal action on the horizon beyond the phone scam… TMZ noticed.
We meet the woman who confronted Alec in a New York coffee shop about the Palestine-Israel battle – and as it turns out… she’s an artist of efficiency Drugged Barney (of course, that’s her real artistic title). We asked if she had already gone to the police… and her representative told us no, not yet.

No word on whether she plans to file a report about this, but the fact is she hasn’t, but would suggest she isn’t planning on turning this right into a legal issue – however, her rep tells us she is currently consulting lawyers to determine its subsequent steps.
What this seems like is wishful thinking to us… a possible lawsuit might land in AB’s lap in the future.
When it comes to what specifically happened between Crackhead Barney and Alec, here’s what she herself has to say about it… “My performance art and confrontational media is an advertisement about the double standards of society in the US.

She adds: “As the US aids Israel in its genocide of the Palestinians, here at home powerful people preserve a facade of politeness and dignity while we export loss of life and terror around the world.”
Crackhead Barney also says that the leisure industry has been largely silent through all of this – and if not, then it openly supports the Israeli cause… which it has issues with. FWIW, Alec doesn’t appear to have expressed an opinion before this, one way or another.
So it’s a little bizarre that she focused him on it… anyway, Crackhead Barney says he has no remorse getting in Alec’s face – the truth is that she says he and others deserve more of this.
Interestingly, Crackhead Barney seems to think she and Alec might find some common ground here later… tweeting to the guy that they want to collaborate going forward.

We have a feeling Alec won’t take him up on his offer.
