Diddyson Justin Pentes was reportedly the target of a $190,000 lawsuit amid his father’s federal case.

More details on the $190,000 lawsuit allegedly filed against Justin Combs
According to In touch weeklyCourt documents stated that Porsche Leasing LTD allegedly served Combs with a lawsuit demanding payment of $190,226.25 on June 11. Diddy’s Mansion in Beverly Hills, California.
Additionally, the lawsuit allegedly required Combs to pay “$172,000 in missed payments on a 2022 Bentley Bentayga V8” and an extra $13,000 interest fee.
The lawsuit stated that Combs leased the Bentley in January 2022. At the time, he allegedly agreed to make 42 payments for the car. The value of each payment would have been US$3,365.23.
According to the lawsuit, Combs allegedly defaulted on the agreement in December 2023. He allegedly failed to make a payment, which was due on December 20, 2023. As the default allegedly occurred, Porsche demanded that the full amount of the car was paid for. Furthermore, the company highlighted its right to return the vehicle.
“Therefore, there is now due, owed and unpaid by Defendant the approximate amount of $172,601.43, plus additional charges in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. Interest accrues from December 20, 2023, at the legal rate of 10% per year, until paid in full,” the lawsuit stated.

Earlier this week, Porsche Leasing LTD reportedly requested that the court “grant a default judgment” against Combs for the unpaid amount.
In turn, it was discovered that Combs allegedly missed his payments “because the invoice was sent to an older address.”
“Due to a change of address, Justin did not receive his invoice, which resulted in him inadvertently missing payments. We are in contact with the creditor and the matter is being resolved. The outstanding balance will be paid and the case will be dismissed,” said Combs’ attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman. In touch weekly.
According to the agency, Combs is taking “immediate action” to pay the outstanding amount. Additionally, an attorney for Porsche Leasing LTD reportedly confirmed that Combs and the company are “in the process” of resolving the lawsuit.

As The Shadow Room previously reported, Combs’ father was arrested by federal agents on September 16. The next day, Diddy was indicted about sex trafficking, extortion and transportation to engage in prostitution charges. Furthermore, the arrest of the 54-year-old man followed a Bombshell sexual assault lawsuit from his ex-girlfriend, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura.
To note, Diddy’s arrest also followed the Music mogul’s homes being invaded in March and resurfaced surveillance footage showing him abusing Ventura. Furthermore, in the midst of all this, sexual assault and harassment lawsuits against Diddy have surfaced from multiple accusers.

At this time, Combs has not publicly commented on Diddy’s legal situation. However, he and his brothers attended each of their father’s court hearings. Most recently, Justin Combs was present when a judge ordered Diddy’s trial to begin in May 2025.
