National Customer Service Week was celebrated this year from October 7th to 13th with an impressive turnout. The organization is under the auspices of the Hellenic Institute for Customer Service (EIEP), which continues to highlight the important role of the service.
With the thought that service is not just about the employee-client relationship, but begins internally in the organization, through a process in which all employees are links in a chain, the PROSYFAPE group wanted to deepen its concept this year, cultivating A corporate culture that puts people at the center.
EIEP’s message, #togetherwecelebrate, accompanied the group’s central message #MPES_StaPapoutsiaMou in actions through which it celebrated, entertained and also raised awareness. The objective of this year’s message was to recognize the contribution of each employee, cultivate empathy, increase understanding and solidarity and strengthen team spirit.
All companies in the group decorated their facilities with balloons, on which everyone could write what service means to them. A kit was distributed to each employee, along with a footwear photo booth prop, which allowed them – by sending relevant photos and responding about what “Stepping into someone else’s shoes” means to them – to participate in a competition , winning one of 10 INTERSPORT gift vouchers worth a total of €1,000. The 10 words of the week were displayed in all areas of each unit of the group, while the celebration ended with the final of the Air Hockey tournament, with employees who reached it winning a total of €500.
