The multiple injuries and internal and external hemorrhages are due to death of Liam Payne, former One Direction singer.
The injuries and bleeding were caused by the fall, the Argentine Prosecutor’s Office reported today. These are the first official results of the autopsy performed on the singer.
According to the prosecution, the autopsy report speaks of injuries compatible with those caused by a fall from a height. The head injuries were sufficient to cause death.
Substances were seized from the room
Payne, 31, who rose to fame as a member of the band One Direction, was found dead yesterday after falling from the third-floor balcony of his Buenos Aires hotel room.
According to the same source, a set of substances indicating a previous state of alcohol and drug consumption were seized in the musician’s room.
The prosecutor’s office also points out that Payne he could have fallen into a semi-conscious state or lost consciousness completely.
He was alone at the time of the fall
