In a message to dozens of foreign ministers around the world, Foreign Minister Israel Katz confirms that Hamas leader G.Yachia Sinuar was killed, becoming the first Israeli officer to do so on record.
“Mass murderer Yahya Sinwar, responsible for the October 7 massacre and atrocities, was killed today by soldiers of the Israel Defense Forces,” Katz said, according to his office.
“This is a Great military and moral achievement for Israel and a victory for the entire free world against the evil axis of radical Islam led by Iran,” he continues.
