Since starting the presidential campaign in July, Vice President Kamala Harris shared his forward-looking plans for a multitude of issues concerning the nation. According to CBS Newsthe 59-year-old has proposed tax cuts for average Americans while also promising to raise corporate taxes. Additionally, Harris promised a $6,000 child tax credit for parents of newborns and an expanded child tax credit restored for families with children over and under six.
Additionally, Harris plans to build more affordable housing units by the end of her first term. To help first-generation homebuyers, the vice president also promised to offer $25,000 in down payment assistance. As for inflation, the 59-year-old intends to combat price manipulation by creating a federal law against it. Likewise, Harris also reportedly shared her intentions to sign a federal law restoring the right to abortion.
But now, with less than 25 days until the presidential elections, the vice president continues to expand her future political plans. In an exclusive conversation with The Shadow Room Justin CarterVP Harris revealed it “Agenda of opportunities for black men”.

The agenda includes providing 1 million fully forgivable loans to Black entrepreneurs and others to start businesses, advocating for educational resources to help Black men get good-paying jobs in high-demand industries, and launching a National Initiative of Health Equity focused on Black Men. Additionally, Harris’ plans include legalizing recreational marijuana and more.
