Starting today (23/10), at 6pm, the submission of applications will be opened to complete the register of substitute and hourly teachers in the educational units of the Public Employment Service (DYPA) by branch and specialty in the geographic areas where the tables of classification have exhausted starts.
The platform will remain open, until Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at 11:59 pm.
The objective is to meet the operational needs of DYPA’s vocational education and training units with temporary staff: full- or part-time substitutes or hourly workers with fixed-term employment contracts under private law, lasting up to one academic year, in all units educational.

DYPA works 50 Professional Learning Schools (EPAS). and seven Professional Experimental Schools (PEPAS) of Learning.
As stated in a relevant notice, EPAS offer post-secondary professional training in 37 cutting-edge specialties in the job market and follow the dual education system, which combines theoretical and laboratory teaching at school with a workplace learning program in real conditions. working conditions (on-the-job training), with remuneration and insurance.
EPAS are aimed at young people, aged 15 to 29, who have completed compulsory education (at least secondary education).
77% of graduates find employment within 12 months of graduation.
PEPAS is aimed at compulsory education graduates over 18 years of age and offers paid and insured studies in three tourism and hospitality specialties.
As highlighted in the statement, DYPA also plays a fundamental role in the area of professional training, with 30 Higher Professional Training Schools (SAEK) for citizens over 18 years of age, with 41 specialties in high demand and paid internships.
In addition, DYPA operates six Lifelong Learning Centers (LLLCs), a Vocational Training School for People with Disabilities in Athens and a Vocational Training Center for People with Disabilities in Thessaloniki.
