Public Power Corporation (PPC) has announced that it intends to issue an aggregate principal amount of €500 million in senior unsecured notes due 2031, subject to market conditions and demand.
The proceeds will be used to fund ongoing expansion capital expenditure projects of PPC and its subsidiaries and to pay fees and expenses related to the offering, according to an announcement to the Athens stock market.
Furthermore, PPC intends for the notes to appear on the official list of Euronext Dublin and to be admitted to trading on its Global Exchange Market, or on another appropriate trading platform in the European Union.
Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and HSBC Continental Europe act as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Physical Bookrunners and BNP PARIBAS, Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, Nomura Financial Products Europe GmbH, Société Générale, Alpha Bank SA, Eurobank SA, National Bank of Greece SA, Optima bank SA, Piraeus Bank SA, Ambrosia Capital Hellas Single Member SA, AXIA Ventures Group Limited and Euroxx Securities SA act as Joint Bookrunners in connection with the Offering.
The roadshow is scheduled to begin on October 21, 2024.
