Kendra Sunderland is free from his marijuana possession case, TMZ has learned.
Legal documents obtained by TMZ reveal that the adult film actress’ case was dismissed 2 months after her arrest in Montgomery County, Texas, for criminal possession of marijuana.
You may remember that Kendra was caught with less than a gram of THC in Texas, where marijuana is still illegal. A police officer would have seen a THC vaporizer pen on Kendra’s lap while she was sitting in the passenger seat of a vehicle during an unrelated traffic stop. After your prisondocuments showed she was released on $1,000 bail.
Kendra, 29, lives in Nevada, where adults over the age of 21 can legally possess up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis in a private home or licensed social use room.
But clearly, things in the Lone Star State are a whole different ballgame, as marijuana possession is still a big no-no. It looks like this was a learning lesson for Kendra!
