Your Red Cross Lebanon announced today that three rescue workers were injured in an attack in the southern city of Nabataiya, which the Israel has been bombing for several days as part of its offensive against Hezbollah, during a rescue operation following an initial attack.
“After a first attack in Nabatiya, four ambulance teams from the Lebanese Red Cross were sent to the scene to rescue the victims,” the NGO said in a press release. “The position was shelled again and three Lebanese Red Cross volunteers were injured by shrapnel and taken to hospital,” he added.
