The DYPA commander, Spyros Protopsaltissaid: “The survey results confirm that the measures we have taken in recent years to implement effective actions and provide modern services, similar to European public employment services, have paid off and have a substantial impact.
From the beginning, we established as our main objective the change of citizens’ perception, as recorded in a previous corresponding survey (OAED 2019), so that we do not operate as a bureaucratic organization that provides benefits, but as an organization that invests in people and has at its core the work.
Now, in the minds of citizens, DYPA is clearly associated with employment, skills, digital transformation and extroversion. The survey results are a vote of confidence in our work for us.
They give us strength and fill us with feelings of satisfaction but above all with responsibility. Analysis of the conclusions will help us to continue with the same commitment in implementing our strategic planning, developing new initiatives and providing constantly innovative tools, which will respond to the needs of the labor market, making DYPA the most powerful, ally reliable and effective use of human resources and companies in the country, to achieve its objectives”.
