Diddy has been hit with a flurry of new lawsuits — including one filed by a girl who referenced anonymous celebrities and was just 13 when she said the music mogul drugged and raped her at a house party.
In total, Diddy now faces 5 additional federal lawsuits – all filed by a Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee on behalf of his clients who claim Diddy sexually assaulted them in separate attacks between 2000 and 2022. Two more cases were filed Sunday night in New York state court.
Perhaps the most disturbing accusations were made by a woman claiming to be 13 years old in 2000, when she was dropped off by a friend at Radio City Music Hall in New York to attend MTV’s Video Music Awards.
According to the documents, obtained by TMZ, the accuser – listed as Jane Doe – didn’t have a ticket, so she stayed outside during the event, but was determined to go to one of the parties, crossing paths. with a limousine driver who allegedly worked for Combs.
The driver allegedly told the accuser that she “fit what Diddy was looking for” and invited her to the Bad Boy Records CEO’s post-executive party, which was held at a “big white house.”
Once inside the house, the accuser says she was forced to sign a confidentiality agreement and, when she looked around, she recognized several celebrities present at the soiree.
The accuser claims that waiters handed out drinks to everyone while she observed widespread drug use, with participants smoking marijuana and snorting cocaine.
She says she drank a reddish-yellow drink that tasted like orange and cranberry juice and was bitter, making her feel dizzy and lightheaded.
She says she had to lie down in a room, where Diddy eventually entered with two other celebrities – a man and a woman – both unnamed in the proceedings.
The accuser says the male celebrity ripped off her clothes and raped her before Diddy also violently sexually assaulted her. She says she managed to escape the room and stagger out of the house to a nearby gas station, where she received help.
Three of the other accusers were all allegedly assaulted by Diddy in 2022 – namely a businessman, a personal trainer and a hip hop artist. The fifth accuser was allegedly assaulted by Diddy on Memorial Day weekend 2014.
Diddy’s lawyers responded to the new lawsuits in a statement to TMZ… “The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s flurry of lawsuits were clear attempts to drum up publicity. Mr. Combs and his legal team have complete confidence in the facts, his legal defenses and the integrity of the judicial process, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, man or woman.
