The legal troubles continue to mount for Sean “Diddy” Combs.
On Sunday, attorney Tony Buzbee filed a lawsuit in federal court that accused Diddy – together with two big celebrities – of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.
This legal document states that the unidentified victim was “looking for a place to rest” and “entered what she believed to be an empty room so she could lie down for a moment” at an MTV VMA after-party on September 7, 2000.
She says she was feeling “woozy and dizzy” after just one drink at the meeting.
“Shortly thereafter, Combs, along with a male and female celebrity, entered the room,” the 19-page lawsuit continues.
“Combs aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look, grabbed her and said, ‘You’re ready to party!’”
Diddy was arrested last month on sickening charges of sex trafficking and extortion.
At the indictment we learn about Horrible details of alleged crazy parties these included sex workers, drugs, threats of violence, and other ways in which Diddy allegedly abused and assaulted a group of women.
The artist was also known for hosting a wide variety of VERY famous people at many of his parties – and two of those stars were included in this latest process.
“Combs then threw Plaintiff towards another male celebrity, Celebrity A, who removed Plaintiff’s clothing as she became increasingly disoriented,” the suit says.
“Plaintiff was restrained by Celebrity A, who vaginally raped her while Combs and Celebrity B, a woman, watched. After the male celebrity finished, Combs vaginally raped Plaintiff while Celebrity A and Celebrity B watched.
“Combs attempted to force Plaintiff to perform oral sex on him, but she resisted by hitting Combs in the neck; he stopped.
No celebrity has actually addressed the allegations against Diddy in public.
We hear it Justin Bieber is disgusted for them, however, while Ashton Kutcher may leave the country to avoid the scrutiny that accompanies them.
It’s worth reiterating here: pretty much every star you can think of has attended a Diddy-hosted party over the years.
“Following the assault, Plaintiff fell into a deep depression that continues to affect every facet of her life,” states the lawsuit from Buzbee, who filed similar claims on October 14 for four men and two women.
Last week, Diddy’s representatives called Buzbee and his six initial lawsuits nothing more than a “clear attempt to drum up publicity.”
We must admit, though, that it’s quite difficult to give Diddy the benefit of any doubt at this point.
After being twice Denied pretrial release for $50 million this month, Combs is in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, facing life in prison if found guilty.
His trial is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025.
