Ashton Kutcher was a heavy smoker, but ended up quitting with the help of a book called The simple solution to quit smoking by Allen Carr. Ashton explained that in the book, the author inspired people to smoke while studying – but in the end, you just don’t need to smoke anymore.

In 2023, Natasha Lyonne determined that after years of smoking she would finally give up. Although she said the withdrawals were “intense,” she knew the health benefits would certainly be worth it in the long run.
“I’ve been putting this off for a long time. I am naturally prepared for self-destructive crutches. When Courtney Cox Determined to quit smoking, she turned to famous hypnotist Yefim Shubentsov. She says that after being hypnotized by him, she was shocked to see that something so simple changed her opinion about smoking.
