BradleyMartin – the famous fitness influencer known for founding ZOO Culture – is being sued by a man who says Martyn’s security was harsh on him… slamming his head into a pole for no reason.
Carlos Mancusco says he attended an event at the popular Encino gym in January for the gym’s 2-year anniversary…an event he says was open to the public.
During the event, Mancusco said he believes Martyn and others at ZOO Culture created a frenzy by handing out free promotional materials…while also encouraging people in attendance to use drugs and fight.
At some point during the night, Mancusco says he and a group of others followed Martyn out of the gym… but when he tried to return, he says he was stopped by event security. He claims Martyn told security to throw him out of the venue.
Mancusco claims the security guard followed Martyn’s instructions… beating him and slamming his head against a large pole in the gym – causing him to lose consciousness and suffer traumatic injuries.
He is suing Martyn for negligence, negligent hiring and tort. He is seeking unspecified damages.
Martyn has over 4 million followers on Instagram, where he posts a wealth of fitness content. He also has 3.5 million followers on TikTok… so the guy is a big deal as far as fitness influencers go.
Logan Paulo fought Bradley in an off-camera fight over the summer at his gym, in fact… with those in attendance saying Logan won the fight.
Waiting for your permission to upload Instagram media.
We reached out to Bradley about the process…so far, no response.
