The Greek Teachers’ Federation announced a 24-hour nationwide strike on October 23, as well as participation in a strike rally in Athens at 12:00 at Propylaia, as well as in other cities across the country.

“No” to departmental mergers
It is noted that teachers express the his opposition to departmental collapses, with the aim of 15 students per section for kindergarten and 1st to 2nd years and 20 students for the remainder, as well as the cessation of disciplinary proceedings against teachers and finally “funding schools from the budget of the State at the level of one’s own needs and not be led to look for sponsors”.
