Bethany Pleasure Lenz is being honest about the perceived disagreement between her and her colleague Hill of a tree solid companion, Hilaria Burton.
Whereas showing in Name her daddy podcast on Wednesday, Lenz said she has “no disadvantages” with Burton and is hopeful the pair can resolve the “misunderstandings” that have apparently arisen since they reunited for their meeting. OTR watch the podcast again, Drama Queensin 2021.
“I like Hilarie,” said Lenz, who played Haley James Scott on the show for all nine seasons. “I always have and I always can and I don’t have any problems with her.”

“There were some weird misunderstandings that I really hope we can resolve someday, but I like that woman,” she added.
Fans began speculating that there was trouble in paradise between the former co-stars after it emerged that Burton, who played Peyton Sawyer on the beloved teen drama, had unfollowed or blocked Lenz on Instagram.
Some fans think Burton was upset because the cover of Lenz’s book looks like his 2023 memoir, Grimoire Woman, although Burton has in no way commented on the hypothesis.

The women teamed up to host their podcast with their co-star Sofia Bush starting in 2021, and co-hosted the show as a trio until July, when Burton announced she was leaving her job as host and Robert Buckley (who played Clay Evans from 2009 to 2012) took his place.
“We got to the top of my behind-the-scenes experience on the show and I really started to wonder what I left out of this, but also how do we keep this narrative alive and important,” Burton, who starred in the Seasons 1 through 6 sequel mentioned at the time. “And so, as we move into seasons 7 through 9, it was important that we cast a new queen who could take my place.”
The actress, however, said she would “appear” on the podcast when she could. She introduced Buckley as someone “who stood for the same things I’ve missed so far.”
Burton also said he felt like he could “finally take a deep breath” when his Drama Queens the episodes ended.

“Every week it was, ‘Oh my God, I need to tell this story. Oh my God. We need to revive this. And there are clearly a lot of good things about it,” she added. “But I need to prepare myself psychologically every week.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Lenz opened up about the cult she was a part of while filming OTHERwhich admittedly affected his relationships with his co-stars, telling Name her daddy host, Alex Cooper, that things were “exhausting” with Bush while they were filming.
“We’re following in the footsteps of a close friendship, but we don’t know how to come together,” Lenz shared. “It’s exhausting.”
She continued: “I believe we both approached life in the same way, but with opposing views. She would have been much quicker to hear my perspective and listen to me than I was in that moment. But I think there was basically a similarity.”
Lenz said that although she and Bush haven’t spoken in depth about it, they have discussed Lenz’s distance from the cast while airing the show on the podcast.
