donald trumpA Miami hotel is being sued by a man who claims he was injured when he jumped with his feet to the right into a pool that was much shallower than he was led to imagine.
According to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ, a New Jersey man named Salvatore Musumeci Jr. claims he was at Trump National Doral Miami on business in February 2023 when he jumped with his feet into a pool that he says was marked on the pool deck as being 6 feet 3 inches deep.
The problem is… the man claims the depth of the pool was actually only 3 feet 6 inches deep… and he says he suffered serious and permanent personal injury from jumping into the shallow, poorly marked pool.
The person is suing the Trump Group and Trump Worldwide Resort Group for – in their opinion – negligently and carelessly maintaining the pool space and pool deck by incorrectly marking the depth of the pool.
He says his accidents caused him pain and hardship that required medical therapy, and says the ordeal resulted in expensive medical bills… and now he’s going after the Trump Group and TIHG for unspecified damages.
We’ve reached out to the Trump Group and TIHG… at this point, no word yet again.
