Tupac ShakurHis brother is still watching Diddy about Pac’s murder… recently saying that Diddy’s claim that he had no involvement in the rap legend’s death may not be 100% honest – in his opinion.
Mopreme Shakur – Tupac’s half-brother who rapped alongside him in the group Thug Life – stopped by “Piers Morgan Uncensored” on Friday… and Pier asked him about the well-known theory that the Bad Boy founder played a role in 2Pac’s death.
Piers Morgan uncensored
Piers mentions how Diddy actually called Mopreme in 2008 and denied any involvement in his younger brother’s death, after an infamous LA Times article alleged that associates of the rap mogul planned the 1994 shooting of 2Pac at Quad Recording Studios in New York. York.
It’s worth noting… the article alleged that Diddy’s associates were involved in the ’94 shooting that injured Shakur, not the 1996 shooting that ultimately claimed his life. What’s more… the famous Times removed the article a few weeks after they were published… because they no longer believed their own reporting was credible.
Mopreme, however, still isn’t convinced that Diddy’s hands are clean when it comes to his brother’s death… saying that he told Diddy back then that the truth about who did it hasn’t come out yet – so, they needed to wait and see.
As we reported… prosecutors in the case against Keefe D. – the man they arrested last year in connection with the murder – I tried using declarations he allegedly once did – claiming Diddy implied he would pay someone to kill 2Pac – in an attempt to get a judge to deny Keefe D bail.
After Keefe’s allegations resurfaced, sources with direct knowledge told us they were members of Tupac’s family retained Alex Spiro and Cristóvão Clore to investigate the allegations.
Diddy has denied all wrongdoing in 2Pac’s death multiple times over the years. He was never arrested or charged in Pac’s death, and law enforcement sources tell us he was never a suspect in the case.
Still, it appears Mopreme still doesn’t believe Diddy’s claims… opting to wait and see.
We reached out to Diddy’s team… so far, no response.
