“How dumb are you?” the View moderator said, while her co-hosts — who watched Christina Aguilera’s “Dirrty” — also reacted to Trump’s criticism of Goldberg and the daytime talk show following Kamala Harris’ appearance.
Whoopi Goldberg is knocking again donald trump after he talked about her and The view at recent rallies.
On Thursday’s episode The view, the comic and its co-hosts – Sunny accommodation, Alyssa Farah Griffin, Sara Hainesand Pleasure Behar —addressed Trump’s comments he made about the show and Goldberg, in particular, after he called the EGOT winner “dirty, dirty,” “disgusting” and “crazy,” and criticized her co-hosts as “dumb ”.
To kick off the show, the women walked out to Christina Aguilera’s “Dirrty,” with Goldberg sharing that the song choice was intentional.
“So we came out to ‘Dirrty’ by Christina Aguilera, because it’s one of the phrases You-Know-Who used when he was talking about me, specifically, but he was talking about us at his rallies,” she began.
“And he spent two separate rallies complaining about Tuesday’s interview with Kamala Harris,” she added, amused.
Trump’s feedback on Goldberg
The view featured clips of Trump trashing Goldberg and the daytime speech during two rallies on Wednesday.
Trump first criticized Hostin after showing a clip of her asking Harris a question based on the vice president’s appearance. The view earlier this week.
“I think whoever is asking the questions is dumber than Kamala,” Trump said of Hostin. “She’s an idiot. I watched her over time. That’s one dumb lady.
Later he went on to name The view “silly”, saying that there are “really stupid people”, before going after Goldberg specifically.
“She made a movie about basketball. This was before I ran for politics. She mentioned, ‘Oh, you’re so cool. If you happen to run for president, you will win,’” Trump said.
“I paid a visit to Whoopi Goldberg, now she says, ‘I refuse to tell you his identity,’” he said, referring to when he made a cameo in Goldberg’s 1996 film. Eddie. “Politics can do strange things to demented individuals.”
“Now, I hired Whoopi to work for me as a comedian before that, a long time ago, and I did. I’m not particularly shy about what I hear. His mouth was so dirty. Every sentence that came out of her mouth was like the F word,” he added. “I was with a lot of good people. We needed to leave. It was so filthy, disgusting, that half of the place was left. I mentioned that I would never rent it again. However, she was so dirty, every sentence was dirty, after that I left. …Oh, what a loser she is.

Goldberg and his co-hosts react
Goldberg responded to Trump’s comments — and she didn’t respond, proudly stating that she “was dirty.”
“I used to be filthy and to stay in this truth. I was always dirty and you knew that when you hired me,” she said as the audience applauded. “I was the main attraction, honey, at your online casino, which I would have continued to play at if you hadn’t hit rock bottom.”
“How stupid are you? You hired me four times,” she said, telling Trump and any doubters that they would reach out if they didn’t consider her. “You hired me four times,” she repeated. “And also you didn’t know what you were getting? How dumb are you?
Hostin — who is the authorized senior correspondent for ABC News — then chimed in, first sharing a “personal nice word.”
“Donald Trump, I would like to thank you for personally telling so many lies and committing so many alleged crimes and offering us materials every day. You help us do our work and I’m so grateful,” she said sarcastically. “Thanks to people like you, a former prosecutor and legal expert can become a fixture on a show like this, and once again I am so grateful.”
“I couldn’t have spent as much time in court as you did,” she continued, before telling Trump he can stop here The view and be interviewed by her if “sitting so close to a prosecutor doesn’t make you nervous.”

After Behar and Haines also shared some thoughts, Goldberg joked, “You know how I wasn’t dirty? I have never grabbed anyone by the genitals.”
Meanwhile, Griffin — who previously worked as Trump’s director of strategic communications — said she wanted to “do a quick truth check,” noting that the former president has a “dirtier mouth” than Goldberg.
“It is always triggered by women when they nominate them. That’s why he has so many problems with women in this election,” she said, before claiming that Trump’s rallies are not helping him. “More people hear the madness, the evil, the insults. They just got over it. It’s exhausting.”
Goldberg concluded the stage by declaring a much greater defiance of Trump’s attacks on them.
“That it’s what angered him, not what’s happening,” she said. “Hurricanes, all kinds of things happening in our country, however us it irritated him to the point where he had to admit he watched the show, something we all knew. So when you hear people say, ‘I don’t watch that show,’ they’re lying!”
Jimmy Kimmel criticizes Trump over Goldberg speech
Meanwhile, on Thursday night’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Hooray!Kimmel — who never shies away from an opportunity to criticize Trump — took the former president to task for his comments about Goldberg.
The late-night host referenced Trump’s comments about Goldberg, particularly his rant about the actress’ “dirty” language and his claim that “half the place is left” after he “hired” her as a comedian.
“Yeah, like one of his rallies,” Kimmel said.
“He was probably outside Whoopi’s dressing room to tell her how sweet she was after the show,” he continued. “But the language factor, I understand that. So say what you want about Donald Trump; this may be a man who does not tolerate profanity or inappropriate language in any form.”
Kimmel then cut back to a clip that featured a complication of videos of Trump using profanity and name-calling over the years.
“That’s right, the porn star man is offended by the language,” he said.
