Buffalo Bills defensive end Von Miller was suspended for four games… after the NFL said he violated the league’s Personal Conduct Policy.
Miller — who will not receive pay for the next month while suspended — will be eligible for reinstatement on Oct. 28 … after the team’s matchup against the Seattle Seahawks.
While it’s unclear exactly what led to the 35-year-old future Hall of Famer’s suspension, the punishment comes nearly a year after authorities issued an arrest warrant for Miller for allegedly assaulting a pregnant woman — later identified as your girlfriend.
The woman ended up recanting her story and the case was never pursued further.
Miller has always maintained his innocence, saying the accusations against him were “100% false” in a press conference in December 2023.
Of course, Von signed a six-year, $120 million contract with the team in 2022, but it hasn’t been easy for the former Super Bowl MVP.
In 2022, Miller’s season was cut short due to a Torn ACL and meniscus in the right knee. He returned in Week 5 of the 2023 season, but struggled to regain his Pro Bowl form.
Although his role was limited in 2024… he played better. In four games, VM has accumulated three sacks and four QB hits.
Now, Von will watch the next four home games…as his 3-1 team prepares to face the Houston Texans this Sunday.
