More information is reportedly shared about Rich Homie Quan’s cause of death
According to an exclusive report published by TMZ on Tuesday, October 1, the outlet was informed by the Fulton County Coroner that Quan’s death was ruled accidental. The rapper, whose real name is Dequants Devontay Lamarallegedly passed away due to “a toxic mixture of several different drugs.”
Additionally, this allegedly included “fentanyl, alprazolam, codeine, and promethazine.”
Ultimately, the medical examiner’s report stated that Quan’s body was found with no signs of trauma.
