We were briefed on the stars of season 1 – including Taylor Frankie Paulo, Demi Engemann, Jen Affleck, Jessi Ngatikaura, Layla Taylor, Mayci Neeley, Mikayla Matheusand Whitney Leavitt – are set to return for Season 2, despite the growing drama between the group.
For those who haven’t yet tuned into the series, “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” follows a popular group of Mormon mothers, who have exploded on TikTok thanks to their MomTok collective.
But as the first season documented, MomTok’s future was put in jeopardy when cast member and founder Taylor announced in 2022 that she was divorcing after living a ritzy, swinging lifestyle with her ex-husband, Tate Paulo …suggesting that others in the group participated equally effectively.
Taylor found herself at the center of controversy again, after being arrested in February 2023 for assault following a domestic violence incident with her boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen …whom she welcomed son, Always truewith March 2024.
The cameras are on and filming the aftermath of all the drama… and you’ll guess how tense it was among the many moms.

Of course, there was plenty of other drama to fuel the season as well… including Whitney Leavitt’s husband’s porn habit, a disastrous Chippendales meet-and-greet, infighting between the women, and more.
So we can only imagine what drama will return in season 2.
