Kanye West exempted a security guard from his pay while he guarded Yeezy’s multimillion-dollar Malibu mansion, and then handed the man a pink slip when he made a fuss… at least based on a new lawsuit.
Kanye is being sued by a person named Jonathan Monroewhich claims Ye hired him as a full-time security guard in August 2021 and promised him $30 an hour to protect the Malibu home that Kanye destroyed during an ill-fated development mission.
According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Monroe claims he worked 36 to 50 hours a week until he was fired in October 2021, without receiving any pay.
What’s more, Monroe claims he was only fired because he complained about not being paid for his work.

It’s been nearly three years since Kanye allegedly fired Monroe, and he says he still hasn’t seen a single dime for any of the hours he says he logged.
As we previously reported… Kanye recently purchased Malibu property for $21 million after trying to take him to a bomb shelter, apparently losing interest and abandoning the mission.
Monroe goes after Yeezy for a ton of money… he wants his unpaid wages plus interest… and punitive damages to send a message to Ye.
We reached out to Kanye’s camp…so far, no word again.
