A 56-year-old foreigner was handcuffed for stealing from the house where she worked as a maid, by police officers from the Attica Immediate Action Directorate, yesterday afternoon in Glyfada.
In particular, according to THEYA local resident discovered that a sum of money had been taken from her home and called the Immediate Action Center.
DI.AS Team Police Officers. they went to the scene, located the maid and took her to the Glyfada Security Department.
Then, according to the police investigation, the 56-year-old man, taking advantage of the trust and benefiting from the absence or lack of attention from the owners of the house, took the amount of money from the house.
Some of the money she had withdrawn was found in her possession, which was attributed to the victim.
Furthermore, it was found that she does not have documents to legally remain in the country.
The detained woman, with the case against her from the Glyfada Security Department, was taken to the competent Public Prosecutor’s Office.
