Authorities in Chania arrested two students who caused bodily harm to a classmate.
In addition to the two detained students, aged 15 and 16, their parents and the principal of the school where the incident occurred were also arrested. They are accused of neglecting their supervision.
The student who was run over is in the hospital
The students got involved in a verbal fight and then using physical violence, the two attacked the 15-year-old boy, causing the injury. The student who was struck was transported and hospitalized for a day in Chania hospital with blows to the torso.
The student was discharged from hospital today and the preliminary investigation is being carried out by the Chania Security sub-directorate.
