Danielle Staub may be considering returning to “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” but producers aren’t convinced about bringing her back into the fold… TMZ has learned.
Sources close to the show tell TMZ…never in a million trillion years would production bring Danielle back for the upcoming ‘RHONJ’ revamp.
We’re told the team behind ‘RHONJ’ is looking to move forward, not backward… which means new cast members and storylines.
Sources say the production is looking for a group of friends who are “positive” and “loving”… especially after the show’s tumultuous past few years. We’re told they’re trying to move away from any heavy themes or toxic fights for the next iteration of ‘RHONJ.’
The last few seasons have fallen apart due to a huge split in the roster… and they don’t want that to happen again.
With all of this in mind, it was decided that Danielle would not be a good fit for the new vision… as the Bravolebrity has generated a number of fights on ‘RHONJ’ in the past.
Remember, she infamously pulled Margaret JosephsIn season 10’s hair and was nicknamed the “prostitution whore” by Teresa Giudice in a heated on-screen rivalry.
Still, we were told that production is months away from making any final casting decisions.
This isn’t the first time a ‘Housewives’ show has been reworked. “The Real Housewives of New York City” debuted with an all-new, younger cast in its 14th season.
Waiting for your permission to upload Instagram media.
The reboot saw Leave Silva, Ubah Hassan, Erin Lichy, Jenna Lyons, Jessel Taankand Brynn Whitfield catching the series’ iconic red apples… and they’re ready to return for Season 15 when their iteration of ‘RHONY’ returns Tuesday night on Bravo.
We hope the new ‘RHONJ’ ladies can also bring the heat with their makeover.
