Cardi B says he underwent major surgery without knowing there was a bun baking in the oven at the time.
The rapper explained on IG Live Sunday that she had her butt injections removed along with fibro removal in January after getting positive results on two blood tests — but in March, when she found out she was pregnant, her obstetrician gave her some shocking news.

Cardi said the doctor dropped the bomb… revealing she was 17 to 18 weeks pregnant — yes, that means she was pregnant during surgery.
She said the news hit her like a ton of bricks because she thought she was only 7 to 8 weeks along thanks to a little Valentine’s Day action with Detour.
The hitmaker looked back and realized she hadn’t gotten her period in February or March, but realized it was just the result of surgery. However, once she started connecting the dots, she remembered that the real baby-making night was New Year’s Eve!
Cardi admitted that she was sweating a lot, her daughter may have complications from the surgery, but luckily, she gave birth earlier this month no problem. The baby’s arrival came shortly after Cardi announced that she and Offset were officially closing.
Cardi’s divorce papers confirmed that Offset is In fact baby daddy of his youngest son, as he is of his other two sons, Culture and Wave.
