Here’s What Happened When Tyler Badie Passed Out on the Football Field
According to TMZDuring Sunday’s game, Badie “got hit in the back” by a Jets linebacker. The outlet reports that the incident appeared to be a “routine hit” and Badie was sidelined afterward.
However, cameras showed the 24-year-old lying on his back after a commercial break as medical officials rushed to his aid.

Additionally, Broncos coach Sean Payton, supposedly he spoke a few hours after Badie’s public meltdown via reporter Parker Gabriel.

Additionally, on Sunday night, Badie’s mother shared her own message via Xformerly known as Twitter.

Ultimately, KOA Colorado reporter Brandon Krisztal shared a final update over Badie on Sunday night. Krisztal reported that Badie returned home with a member of the Broncos’ medical staff. The reporter classified the sighting of the 24-year-old as a “good sign”.
“Broncos RB Tyler Badie flew home on the same commercial flight I was on, accompanied by a member of the Broncos medical staff. Obviously a good sign, that after being checked out at a New York area hospital, he was able to fly home right behind his team…” he wrote.

According to Daily Mailthe full extent of Badie’s injuries is still unclear.
Fellow NFL player Damar Hamlin had a similar experience
As The Shadow Room Previously reported, Buffalo Bills player Damar Hamlin made similar headlines in January 2023. At the time, the Bills were facing the Cincinnati Bengals when Hamlin suffered cardiac arrest on the field.
Footage later emerged of Hamlin lying in the field.

Hamlin was transferred to a hospital and a few days later, his agent reported that he was awake and surrounded by his family, so The Shadow Room.
On January 11, 2023, the Buffalo Bills revealed that Hamlin was discharged from the hospital.

Then, later that month, Hamlin shared a video message with fans, thanking them for their love and support, for The Shadow Room.
By April 2023, Hamlin would have been fully cleared to return to the field.
