George Clooneybecame a lot richer after selling his Los Angeles-area home… and now we all know who’s coughing up the money – Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey.
Sources with direct information tell TMZ… the model and her football player boyfriend spent some of the Miss Universe and Niners money to loot the Fryman Canyon home.
Like we told you… real estate sources tell us that Clooney recently sold the six-bedroom home for just over $14 million — nearly 30 years after purchasing it from the legendary singer Steve Nicks for US$2.2 million.
George’s wife Amal known as the house as his “personal oasis” again in 2018… and it is quite isolated, completely surrounded by bushes.
Kurt Rapport of Westside Property Company Inc. represented George in the transaction…he confirmed the sale to us but had no comment. Now, we all know who bought the house – just a few months after getting married.
As we warned… Culpo and CMC mentioned “I do” at Ocean Home in Westerly, Rhode Island, again in June – attended by several OC Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Model colleagues and some 49ers teammates from CMC.
We warned you last year… Culpo joked that she planned rip out her IUD on their wedding day – admitting that they wanted children as soon as possible. Six bedrooms are enough to raise a fairly large family, of course.
By the way… Culpo once lived in a house in the Los Angeles area – proudly owning a $3.5 million estate in Encino, according to Page Six. Looks like she’s buying and selling in Los Angeles
