Diddy He may be behind bars for a year or maybe more while he awaits trial, but that’s not breaking his spirit…quite the opposite, at least according to his lawyer.
Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifiloappears in a new documentary from TMZ Studios – “The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment” – which has just been released. crashed in Tubi …and we asked him about his consumer mentality in prison.
Agnifilo says Diddy remains extremely constructive and doesn’t allow the accusation to weaken his resolve. Instead, Agnifilo says Diddy is so focused on his defense that it’s actually giving him a kind of strength and confidence that will help him deal with being behind bars for a long period of time.
Diddy is currently locked up in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn… and his former nemesis Knight Suge is warning Diddy to watch his again between different prisoners.
The thing is… Diddy is still in the Special Housing Unit, which keeps him out of the prison’s core population.
Diddy was put in suicide watch even though his legal team says he’s not suicidal… and here, Agnifilo tells us that Diddy has come to terms with the fact that MDC Brooklyn is his new home for now and goes by the saying, “Don’t tell me what I did wrong, tell me what I do next.
