Meeting with the Russian President Vladimir Putin will have the president of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoganon October 23 in Kazan, at the BRICS Summit.
Vladimir Putin received in the Kremlin the president of the Turkish National Assembly, Numan Kurtulmus, who is in Russia for an official visit.
“We are very happy that our relations with Turkey are developing in all areas, including parliamentary. We recently met with the President of Turkey, Mr. Erdogan, in Astana. In October we will meet again in Kazan , at the BRICS Summit, we planned a separate meeting with him,” Vladimir Putin told his Turkish interlocutor.
“We are generally good neighbors”
He emphasized that relations between Turkey and Russia are developing very successfully in almost all areas, commenting: “In general, we are good neighbors and we work for the benefit of our people, our countries and we are successful in everything, in general. There are issues that require our special attention. Now, very soon we will exchange views on all these areas.”
To conclude, the Russian president sent his “warmest wishes” to President Erdogan and said that he is waiting for him in Kazan, Russia, where he will have a tete-tete with him on October 23rd.
