Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis spoke about the role of Greece and the opportunities that arise through the deepening of the European single market and green growth, in the new five-year European cycle that is beginning, at a meeting he held in New York with investors, representatives of fund management companies, insurance organizations and banks.
The Prime Minister presented the outlook for the Greek economy and the government’s reform plans for the second four-year term, while stressing the importance of political stability and fiscal responsibility while stimulating growth.
It also noted that its commitment to restore investment grade status during the first year of the government’s second term has been implemented.
Kyriakos Mitsotakis also spoke about Greece’s rapid absorption of the Recovery Fund’s resources, as well as the prospects for investment in the education and health sectors.
