More active than ever displays the Socrates Kokkalis in the stock market events of recent days, as evidenced by successive stock markets in Intralotwhere the diversified entrepreneur significantly increases his indirect position.
It is no coincidence that yesterday the Intracom Holdings allegedly proceeded to obtain pre-agreed agreements package of 14.1 million pieces at a price of 1.20 euros/share (the transaction value is 17 million euros), which corresponds to rate of 2.3%.
Through this development, it is estimated that Sokratis Kokkalis, who is the main shareholder of Intracom with 28% of the share capital, controls almost 30% of Intralot shares, since it directly holds 20.5% and indirectly (through Intracom) 9.5%.
This makes him the number 1 shareholder, as the CQ Lottey LLC by Soohyung Kim holds 26.8% of the share capital.
All this, however, occurs just 10 months after the Increase in Share Capitalwhich allowed Intralot to “return” to the Main Market of the Stock Exchange and gain significant firepower to implement the plan for even greater penetration in the promising US Marketwhere it already maintains dozens of active contracts for the supply of solutions and organization of games of chance.
Somehow, Sokratis Kokkalis, who holds the position of executive chairman of both Intralot and Intracom, sees the shares of the former (Intralot) “running” a high of more than 80% in the last 12 months, reaching a valuation of around 700 million euros.
