Al B. Sure I recently took a moment to subtly weigh in on hot topic of last week: Sean Combs. More specifically, Al addressed the public’s reactions to Diddy‘s arrest on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. His comments come amid his biological son, Quincy Brownappearing in court twice last week to support Combs in his arraignment and bail appeal.

Here’s What Al B. Sure Shared Amid Diddy’s Arrest
All shared his Instagram Live recording for the first time on his feed on September 20. He opened his video update with gratitude for his supporters and a thumbs up on his health.
As mentioned, in July 2022, Al collapsed while working on new music and fell into a coma that lasted until October 2022. To this day, it is unclear what caused the coma, but in March, Al seemed to imply that Diddy was involved. Speaking at an awards ceremony in Los Angeles, he announced his documentary and stated: “…you’re really going to understand how I ended up in a coma; you’re really going to need to call Homeland Security.” Note that just a few days earlier, Homeland Security had performed a search of Diddy’s properties in Los Angeles and Miami.
While addressing fans on September 20, someone asked Al if Diddy “tried to kill him.” His response is the clip of the clip that has been circulating on social media for the past 48 hours. “…You know what’s great about my life right now? All I do is stay in prayer and meditation… Prayer and meditation for the young people, they come first,” he said.
Al B. Sure later added, “…Please understand very carefully, there are no woo-sah moments. I’ve been talking about situations for over a decade and a half, and then all of a sudden everybody wakes up like, ‘Wow, man, we thought you were crazy’… but what I’m not is a liar. That’s not who I am. All I did was give the science, and I got ignored, ridiculed, whatever, but that’s okay, my God is so much bigger, my God got me.”
Quincy recently opened up about his relationship with his father
Meanwhile, Quincy has apparently decided to stand by her late mother Kim Porter’s ex-boyfriend Diddy. Viral photos and videos show Quincy entering and leaving the New York courthouse alongside Justin and Christian Combs. Earlier this year, following federal raids on Combs’ homes, Al begged Quincy to “go back home”.
Then, amid the media frenzy surrounding his stepfather’s accusation, an interview between Quincy and Angela Yee was also released. In the conversation, Brown opened up about where his relationship with his biological father stands. Ultimately, Quincy revealed that they are trying to mend their father’s absence, but he admitted that they are “homies more than anything.”
Brown has yet to react to his father’s latest comments, however. However, at least 13 celebrities have already spoken out with their thoughts, or lack thereof, on Diddy’s legal troubles.
