The new supervisors and members of the administration were chosen today by the judges and prosecutors of Athens.
At the Court of Appeals, Appeals Chair Sofia Lignou was elected as the new head, and the members of the administration were appellants Dimitris Kontopoulos and Konstantinos Sargiotis.
In the Office of the Appeals Prosecutor, Appeals Prosecutor Giorgos Kantzidis was elected to the position of Chief, while Aristidis Korreas was chosen as the new Chief of the Office of the First Court of Athens.
All newly elected officials will take office starting October 1 for a two-year term.
At the Court of First Instance of Athens, the incumbent Christoforos Linos remains for another year, due to the implementation of the new judicial charter.
