“Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Lisa Barlow believes her co-star Whitney Rose keeps coming so she can stay “connected” on the Bravo reality show.
“I feel like she does it to be relatable. I feel like she’s like, ‘Nobody’s being considerate of me. I don’t have anything else going on,’” Barlow, 49, tells Page Six’s “Digital Reality Tea” podcast, adding that she thinks Rose, 37, is the “biggest liar.”
“Every season,” she says, “we see her tell lies, and in the end, we see the truth.”
Rose and Barlow have traditionally clashed on “RHOSLC,” with the latter explaining that any shred of belief evaporated after filming Season 2 in 2021.
“Whitney introduced a man to a party in Season 2 and told everyone that I slept with him and had no idea what had happened until after,” she recalls.
“Whitney and I got to a point[in season 5]where I was like, ‘You always lie about me. You make me have to report the reality and you don’t like that. You need people to believe your lies.’”
On Wednesday’s premiere, the ladies got nasty with each other during a heated exchange that addressed Rose’s claim in a February interview with Nick Viall’s “Viall Information” podcast that Barlow is the “villain” in her famous social circle.

“I haven’t done anything to you other than call you a villain, which I stand by,” Rose instructed Barlow during a dinner scene, to which the Vida Tequila founder retorted, “I’ll be your villain, bitch. Let’s go!”
Barlow told “Digital Reali-Tea” that she feels “everyone has the right to say their opinion,” but thinks Rose was trying to “denigrate (her) character” by talking to Viall, 43.
“She hits the nail on the head. When you solve a problem, there’s a whole new situation and a whole new situation. After that, you might have a rebuttal and a rebuttal to that, and then it’s another situation,” Barlow says, acknowledging that she’s been able to resolve past fights with Rose despite the current discord.
“I hope she gets better.”
“The Actual Housewives of Salt Lake City” airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
