The mother of the teenager accused of opening fire at a Georgia high school — killing several people and injuring several others — has been arrested … but it has nothing to do with the massacre earlier in September.
Marcee Gray …mother of alleged Apalachee High School shooter Colt Grey …is accused of elder abuse after allegedly strapping her mother into a chair and leaving her there for nearly 24 hours, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitutionciting an accusation.
Deborah Polhamuswho is 74, was reportedly imprisoned until someone found her at her Georgia home last November. The brutal confinement was reportedly punishment for Deborah refusing to go with her daughter to confront her ex-husband, Colin.
Marcee reportedly faces up to 20 years in prison… after being indicted on single counts of exploitation and intimidation of a disabled or elderly adult, false imprisonment, second-degree criminal damage to property and theft.

As TMZ previously reported … Marcee made national headlines after her 14-year-old son was named a suspect in a high school shooting which killed two students and two teachers and left nine others injured.
Marcee made a frantic phone call shortly before the shooting, telling school officials that she had received a call from her son and that she feared the worst… when she received a text from her son which said, “I’m sorry, Mom.”
Colin, the suspect’s father, also faces several charges resulting from the school shooting.
Colt is the oldest of the couple’s three children.
