DiddyIt seems he’s persona non grata on the airwaves… because more radio stations have decided to keep his music off the air — with the arrest being the final straw for several of them.
TMZ reached out to several radio companies… who told us that many stations have slowly banned Diddy’s music, with some doing so after the video of Diddy assaulting Cassia in a hotel appeared.
Sources connected to the radio platform Audacy tell us that most of their stations pulled the few Diddy tracks they were playing in late May/early June after the bombshell clip blew up.
We’re told the remaining Audacy stations that were still playing Diddy’s tracks have pulled his music following his arrest this week.
We also spoke to a spokesperson for iHeartRadio, who says that each station in their national distribution is different. For example, Jam’n94.5 in Boston stopped playing Diddy’s music about a year ago… around the time Cassie filed her shocking lawsuit against her ex. But 99.1 KGGI in California waited until Cassie’s assault video was released to ban his music.
We spoke to a rep for 93.5 KDAY, who told us they’re no longer playing Diddy’s music…though they didn’t say exactly when they stopped.

Diddy’s arrest on Monday – caught on camera exclusive video by TMZ — changed his life dramatically. As we told you, Diddy’s currently on suicide watch at MDC Brooklyn… a prison with a notorious reputation.
He is being held in the unit without bail after the judge, in his appeal, ruled that prosecutors had shown he was a danger… this despite offering $50 million bail to ensure he wouldn’t flee.
