Simone Biles took some time off from his post-Olympics tour this week to get a new finger tattoo… and, get this, it appears to be a tribute to Jonathan Owens.
The seven-time gold medalist stopped by here Sidney Smith (Portuguese)store in Phoenix, Arizona, during a brief break from his appearances on Gold over America shows… and she first made a small engraving of “J” on her left hand.
While it’s unclear exactly what its meaning is… the safe guess is that it’s a tribute to her NFL player husband’s first initial.
Smith tells us that in addition to the letter, she also gifted Biles with a neck tattoo that read, “Made in heaven.”
Smith said each piece took about 90 minutes to complete… and explained that the meeting happened after the two exchanged a few direct messages on social media.
“It was a great experience,” Smith said of tattooing Biles, “but I treat all my clients the same. It’s always a good time to be able to do what I love every day!”
Biles wasn’t the only Olympian on the circuit to get new tattoos… Shane Wiskus and Casimir Schmidt joined in the fun too, going down Jesse Tattooneedle of ‘.
We’re told Team USA’s Wiskus got a tarot card on his leg… while Schmidt got the number 13 on his arm.
