Nick Cannon revealed how Mariah Carey has been doing since the recent passing of his mother, Patricia Careyand sister, Alison Carey.

Nick Cannon Shares Update on Mariah Carey
On Wednesday, September 18, Page Six has published an exclusive interview with Cannon. The outlet reportedly caught up with the 43-year-old on the red carpet at Fox Fall Press Day.
Additionally, Cannon explained that Carey is “doing the best she can given the circumstances.”
“But as a family, we need to be there to support each other, show love,” the comedian added.
The 43-year-old explained that his ex-wife is “really having a great time” with their 13-year-old twin children, son Morrocan and daughter Monroe.
“This is, you know, the most important thing in the world to her, so it’s amazing to see them supporting their mom the way they do,” Cannon added.
On September 14, Carey was Xformerly known as Twitter, to give fans a glimpse into the time she recently spent with her children.
“At the Great Wall of China! Someone should have warned me about heels (not that I would have listened),” Carey wrote at the time while sharing three photos from her visit to the popular landmark.

As The Shadow Room As previously reported, Patricia and Alison Carey’s passing was publicly revealed on August 26. At the time, Carey shared a public statement.
“My heart is broken to have lost my mother this past weekend. Sadly, in a tragic turn of events, my sister lost her life on the same day,” Carey explained at the time.
Furthermore, the singer did not clarify the incidents that led to the tragic outcome for her mother and sister. However, she explained that she felt “blessed” to be able to spend time with her mother before her death. As previously reported, Carey noted her complex relationship with her mother and sister in her memoir, ‘The Meaning of Mariah Carey.’
Nick Cannon Opens Up About Raising Teenagers With Mariah Carey
According to Page SixAs the conversation continued, Cannon also opened up about raising teenagers with Carey. The 43-year-old reportedly called it “the scariest thing in the world.”
“My daughter, she’s wearing makeup now,” he explained, speaking of Monroe. “She doesn’t wear much, thankfully, but it freaked me out. Like, we were getting ready to go — we’re in Malibu about to go to dinner, and I was like, ‘What’s taking her so long?’”
According to Cannon, when he entered the 13-year-old girl’s room, he found a plethora of makeup and hair products.
“I was like, ‘Wow, you look just like your mom,’” he explained. “It’s beautiful to see, but scary at the same time.”
