The Sunday afternoon shooting at the Detroit Lions’ homecoming game that resulted in the loss of two lives was all captured on video… and, Noticethe footage is graphic.
In the clip, obtained by TMZ SportsYou can see several men at Eastern Market in downtown Detroit after the Lions’ loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Ford Field… when an argument breaks out.
At least half a dozen people can be seen exchanging words… when suddenly one of the guys wearing a black t-shirt and black jeans brandishes a gun in his right hand.
After appearing to cock the gun, the man walks toward the face of another, taller man in red shorts. Moments later, that man then pulls out his own gun — and fires once.
Almost everyone in the area dispersed after the shot was fired… and minutes later, the video shows two men bleeding and lying motionless on the ground.
Authorities say the bullet fired ended up passing through both men during the incident, causing fatal injuries to both.
Police initially arrested the shooter, but later in the week authorities revealed he would not face criminal charges because he was “defending himself.”
