As you may already know, Diddy was arrested on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.
The musician was denied bail in a New York City court on Tuesday, September 17, and remains in federal custody at the time of writing.
More details about what Diddy was accused of have now emerged, and we’ve documented them below.
However, be warned: these allegations are horrific in nature…
The unsealed federal indictment alleges that the mogul organized “Freak Offs,” or “elaborate sexual performances” during which women were compelled through “force, threats of force, and coercion, to cause the victims to engage in prolonged sexual acts with male sex workers.”
According to this legal document, among the supplies seized by authorities from Diddy’s homes earlier this year were 1,000 bottles of baby oil.
Diddy accused by authorities of arranging, directing, masturbating during and often “electronically recording”” the Freak Offs — while also transporting sex workers “across state lines and internationally.”
These meetings were frequent and reportedly lasted for days.
As you may recall, Diddy’s house was broken into by authorities last spring.
In May, CNN released surveillance footage from 2016 showing Diddy grabbing ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura outside an elevator… throwing her to the ground… and kicking her countless times.
“It’s so hard to reflect on the darkest moments of your life,” Combs said in response at the timeadding via Instagram:
“Sometimes you have to do that. I was f-cked up. I mean, I hit rock bottom, but I don’t make excuses. My behavior in that video is inexcusable.”
“I take full responsibility for my actions in that video.”
Returning to this new indictment, which reads in part:
“During the Freak Offs, Combs distributed a variety of controlled substances to victims, in part to keep them compliant and obedient. Sometimes, unbeknownst to the victims, Combs kept videos he filmed of victims engaging in sexual acts with sex workers.”
In the horrifying description of what happened on these occasions… the rapper’s associates are accused of facilitating Freak Offs by booking hotel rooms and supply them with necessary supplies, clean the rooms, organize travel, and give money to the boss/friend to pay the sex workers.
“In or around March 2024, during searches of Combs’ residences in Miami, Florida and Los Angeles, California, police seized various Freak Off supplies, including narcotics and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant”, says the indictment.
The indictment investigates how the 54-year-old allegedly coerced his female victims into engaging in the Freak Offs, including “physical, emotional and verbal abuse.”
He states:
Combs maintained control over his victims through, among other things, physical violence, promises of career opportunities, the provision and threat of withholding of financial support, and other coercive means, including tracking their whereabouts, dictating the victims’ appearance, monitoring their medical records, controlling their housing, and providing them with controlled substances.
Yes, there were a number of individuals who witnessed these Freak Offs, but Diddy allegedly “engaged in acts of violence (including “kidnapping and arson”)” against them to keep them quiet.
The disgraced star’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, told NBC News this afternoon about his client:
“He came to New York to basically engage the court system and start the case, which will start today and he will plead not guilty.
“He will fight this with all his energy, all his strength and with the full confidence of his lawyers.”
