Packing center Josh Myers had a sick game on Sunday, literally… he VOTED FOR THE FOOTBALL before throwing it to the quarterback, Malik Willis: What is this?
The vomiting moment happened during the second quarter of the Packers’ 16-10 win over the Colts … right as Myers, 26, was about to throw the ball on third down and 10 yards.
Matt LaFleur: “I asked Malik why he didn’t throw the ball on third down and he told me Josh threw up on the ball. That’s the first time I’ve heard that.”

The 1.95 m, 140 kg athlete was in his position, with his hand on the football, while Willis did his cadence… when, vomiting in a jet, he fell all over the ball.
Walk!
Myers yet broke the ball… and when Willis realized he had vomited on it, the QB decided to put it down and run, rather than throw the vomit-soaked ball.
Packers Head Coach Matt La Fleur – The Strongest Man met with the media after the game and said he was confused as to why Willis changed the play (you don’t run on 3rd and 10) at that moment.
“I asked Malik why he didn’t throw the ball on that third down, and he told me Josh threw up on the ball,” LaFleur said during the postgame press conference.
“I was like, ‘That’s the first time I’ve heard that.’ In fact, the official came up to me, Shawn (Hochuli) came up to me and said, ‘You know, we saw you in the middle throwing up on the ball. Do you want us to take him out next time?’ I said, ‘Sure, please do that.'”
LaFleur added: “I’ve never had a football thrown with vomit on it. I don’t think Malik probably didn’t appreciate that.”

Willis was making his first start for the Packers … after starting quarterback Jordan Love suffered a torn MCL in the season opener.
For what it’s worth, vomiting at games isn’t anything new. We’ve seen athletes from a variety of sports throwing up on the field of play, including MLB’s star pitcher Green HunterWho vomited on the glove last month while I was on the mountain!
Get well soon, Josh.
