Jennifer Lopez has been doing some self-care.
The “Atlas” actress treated herself to a spa day on Wednesday morning before touring a $27 million home in Beverly Hills, California — just blocks from Rodeo Drive — amid her ongoing divorce from Ben Affleck.
She arrived for her skincare appointment at 11 a.m., left at 11:40 a.m., and managed to get to the mansion just after noon. She then toured the expensive digs for less than 35 minutes, according to TMZ.
As we previously reported, the “On the Ground” singer is on the hunt for a new place to live after she and Affleck put their $60 million marital mansion up for sale amid their split.
The “Argo” star, who had been living separately from his ex-wife for several months before she filed for divorce last month, has purchased a $20 million condo in Pacific Palisades.
Lopez also stepped out to tour another $68 million mansion in Beverly Hills last month, according to TMZ. Although she may not have been snapped up on the property, considering she’s still weighing other options.
Since Lopez and Affleck reportedly did not sign a prenup before tying the knot in 2022, a source with insight into the ongoing divorce said it “has the potential to get ugly.”
The source said there are “some points of contention over financial matters” as the couple prepares to enter mediation, which is being led by divorce attorney Laura Wasser.
Without the authorized document in place to protect each party’s ownership, this leaves any income or property accumulated during the marriage as “group property” — meaning that each spouse can be considered an equal owner of property, income, or debt, no matter who purchased or earned it.
Since ending her fourth marriage, the singer has reportedly felt “relieved” to close this chapter of her life and is trying to “rebuild her image” with the recommendation of those around her.
“She is open to hearing new voices from those around her,” a source close to the singer tells People.
Another source close to Lopez shared, “She wants recommendations from some new people to add a new layer and get some new solutions” in her personal life.
