Jeannie Mai claims Jezy (Healthy Way) is not living up to the terms of the divorce settlement…she says he owes her a ton of money and paperwork for two sets of wheels.
According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, the talk show host says her rapper ex-husband is failing to live up to a number of things they agreed to when they finalized their separation.
Jeannie says the divorce settlement requires Jeezy to pay for her son’s daycare and school expenses, deposit at least $500,000 in an interest-bearing account for the child, transfer the title to two cars and cover four months of her rent.
The problem is… Jeannie claims that Jeezy has failed to deliver on these things… and she says he’s been standing her up and letting her down.
In the docs, Jeannie claims Jeezy already owes her $4,000 in tuition and childcare costs … and she says he hasn’t given her access to the $500,000 account he was supposed to set up for their daughter.
As for the cars… Jeannie says the divorce settlement required her to walk away from the marriage with a 2021 Range Rover and a 2022 Ford Bronco… but she says Jeezy still hasn’t transferred the titles to her… preventing her from insuring the vehicles and delaying her ability to ship the Bronco from Atlanta to Los Angeles.
Jeannie also claims the divorce settlement requires Jeezy to cover her rent from May through August…but she says he still hasn’t reimbursed her and owes her $92,417.39 for nearly 4 months’ rent.
TMZ broke the story… Jeannie and Jeezy finalized the divorce June 11th, and the deal was sealed. As such, this is the first peek into their agreement.
Jeannie says her lawyers tried to get Jeezy to comply with the terms of the settlement through her team, but she says his side stopped responding in July… and now she’s asking the court for help in enforcing the agreement.
She wants him held in contempt and is after him to collect what she says he owes, plus interest.
