Lefteris Petrounias has added his third Olympic medal to his impressive career. With an excellent performance in the rings final of the Paris Olympic tournament, the Greek champion won the bronze medal after accumulating 15,100 points.
Petrounias became the first Greek gymnast with three Olympic medals and the all-time leader in the medals table in that event.
The first two places were occupied by the Chinese Yang Liu (gold medal) and Yingguan Zhu (silver), who scored 15,300 and 15,233 points respectively.
